At Milky Plant, we want you to love your homemade plant milk journey; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Milky Plant machine in its original packaging, including all accessories, power cords, and the user manual to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
